Taylor Fennell

My art acts as a personal journal or diary that will be available for the public's view. It was created for me and by me but shares stories and influences that others may relate to. Although specific to my life, others my age may see objects or recall memories through the nostalgic aesthetic my work has. I want the audience to feel, not analyze. The table installation/tactile collage this work is based on, shows everything and anything that strongly affected me as a person in some way. It really gives any viewer a direct lens into my life through a self-portrait of objects.
